After shampooing, gently work Body Building Conditioner into the mid-lengths and ends of the hair, avoiding the roots. Rinse well. For best results, follow with Maximizer Root Boosting Spray and Maximizer Strand Plumping Cream The best shampoo I've ever used! I have fairly thin hair and there's not much volume to it, but this product definitely gives it some life.
