CONSULTATIONS
Virtual Consultation
If you are concerned about hair loss and/or your scalp, but cannot visit our Clinics, we can still help. Before your appointment, we will email you detailed forms to fill out, and will request photos of your hair and scalp for analysis. During your Consultation, your Trichologist will discuss your concerns, and prescribe a bespoke treatment plan and hair care regime. Blood tests may be recommended, which can often be arranged via your GP.
The Consultant may not be able to give a full diagnosis but will be able to provide guidance/recommendations in terms of hair & scalp concerns. You may be asked to visit the Clinic for a full assessment if needed (this will be discussed with you when confirming your appointment booking)

- That based on the information provided, the Consultant will not be able to give a diagnosis but will be able to provide guidance/recommendations in terms of my hair/scalp concerns.
- That the Consultant may suggest that it will be beneficial to attend the Clinic for my follow-up appointment in order to assess my hair/scalp and confirm diagnosis, as well as make any alterations to my treatment/product regimen.

Initial Consultation & Clinical Treatment
If you are concerned about hair loss and/or your scalp, the condition of your hair, have hair texture concerns or you are suffering from hair breakage, we are here to help. During your 60-minute Consultation, your Trichologist will examine your hair and scalp, take a detailed history, and prescribe a treatment plan. Sometimes blood tests may be recommended, which can usually be undertaken on the same day via our associated blood test lab (additional fees apply), or via your GP. A Trichotherapist will then administer a bespoke, 60-minute hair and scalp Treatment, show you how to use your products, and style your hair healthily.
Please note that more complex treatments may take more than 60 mins, but your Trichologist will advise on this.

Virtual Follow-Up Appointment
For existing Clinic Clients only. After your initial Consultation, if you cannot visit our Clinics, we can still help through a virtual appointment. Your Trichologist will recommend appointments to check progress, monitor your hair and/or scalp concerns, make any necessary changes to your treatment plan and renew prescriptions.
Your Trichologist will advise how often these are required, and this will vary according to your diagnosis, as some conditions require more frequent monitoring than others. However typically these will be every 6-12 months.
Please note:
- That based on the information provided, the Consultant will not be able to give a diagnosis but will be able to provide guidance/recommendations in terms of my hair/scalp concerns.
- That some conditions cannot be monitored through a Virtual Appointment, and therefore I may need to attend the Clinic in person for my follow-up appointment in order to assess my hair/scalp.

Follow-Up Appointment
For existing Clinic Clients only. After your initial Consultation, your Trichologist will recommend appointments to check progress, monitor your hair and/or scalp concerns, make any necessary changes to your treatment plan, and renew prescriptions.

Follow-Up Appointment & Clinical Treatment
For existing Clinic Clients only. This service includes your 30-minute Follow-Up Appointment, plus a 60-minute Clinical Treatment.
Your Trichologist will advise how often these are required, and this will vary according to your diagnosis, as some conditions require more frequent monitoring than others. However typically these will be every 6-12 months.

Quick Check-In Appointment
For existing Clinic Clients only. This efficient 15-minute appointment allows your Trichologist to advise on matters that may not require a full 30-minute follow-up. Please contact our Customer Service Team and they can help with advising on the type of appointment to book for your particular needs.

TREATMENTS
Intensive Scale Removal
Intensive Scale Removal
Exclusively for existing Clinic Clients who have received a Consultation. This Treatment uses products prescribed by your Trichologist during your Initial Consultation or Follow-Up. It includes careful removal of thick, adherent scale from the scalp, for example in cases of eczema or psoriasis, using extra time under the steamer to loosen plaques. You will be provided with a hair dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.

Ultraviolet Treatment
Exclusively for existing Clinic Clients who have received a Consultation. This Treatment, which must be prescribed by your Trichologist, can be used in the treatment of alopecia areata and scalp psoriasis.
Please note that a course of treatments will be recommended, with the frequency and duration specified by your Trichologist according to your particular needs. Price includes a short 5-minute check-up with a Trichologist.

Exclusively for existing Clinic Clients who have received a Consultation. Your Clinical Treatment will be tailored to your particular needs, using products prescribed by your Trichologist during your Initial Consultation or Follow-Up. You will be provided with a hair dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.

Hair Spa Treatment
Our Hair Spa Treatments are ideal if you want to address a cosmetic hair concern such as dryness or breakage, or a scalp issue like mild dandruff. Relaxing, uplifting and invigorating, a Spa Treatment will leave your hair intensively conditioned, lustrous and full of new-found body. It will also refresh and stimulate your scalp.

Blonde Booster Hair Spa Treatment
This Hair Spa Treatment uses products designed to revitalise and hydrate blonde or highlighted hair. Relaxing, uplifting and invigorating, it will leave your blonde colour brightened, and your hair intensively conditioned, lustrous and full of new-found body. It will also refresh and stimulate your scalp.

- This Treatment is not a hair colouring service
