Return Policy

At Philip Kingsley, customer satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, we will happily issue an exchange or refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise bought on if it is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.


Please note: If you choose the Royal Mail delivery service we are unable to track the status of your order and therefore Philip Kingsley Products Ltd will not be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered items. Orders placed using Royal Mail will not be eligible for compensation from Philip Kingsley Products Ltd. We recommend that you select Interlink Courier delivery so that we can track your order and provide the best possible customer service.
