Zoë Passam has worked at the Philip Kingsley Trichological Clinic since 2004, qualifying with the Institute of Trichologists with Distinction in 2008, and receiving the John Mason Memorial Award for Excellence. She constantly strives to further her knowledge and is currently studying towards a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences with the Open University. As well as carrying out consultations, Zoë is part of the product development team at the Clinic, and has also worked as an expert witness. She is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists, Royal Society of Public Health, and the European Hair Research Society. Zoë is frequently asked to present at major Dermatology and Trichology conferences, on all matters relating to the hair and scalp. Furthermore, Zoë is also a director and course writer for the College of Trichological Science and Practice, which she helped to establish in 2020.
