Lisa has worked with Philip Kingsley for almost 12 years, starting her career in the sales team, and developing through hard work and immense passion, to become a qualified Trichologist at the London Trichological Clinic, as well as Education Manager for the brand.
Lisa is passionate about Trichology. After 2 years of intensive study at the Institute of Trichologists, the Board of Directors awarded Lisa with a Credit for her outstanding work. Lisa remains at the forefront of hair and scalp developments and has attended additional Continual Professional Development seminars on hair transplants, skin cancers and cicatricial alopecia’s. Having previously experienced hair loss herself, and having obtained a Certificate in Life Coaching, Lisa understands the deep psychological impact that hair problems can have on an individual and is delighted to consult with patients and impart honest and helpful advice to them. While Lisa has a wide knowledge of all aspects of trichology, her main areas of interest are female pattern hair loss and genetics.
Alongside her involvement with the Philip Kingsley Trichological Clinic, Lisa has been a key speaker for Philip Kingsley at Salon International, the trade exhibition show, and has been tasked with heading the trichologically based training of John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Professional Salons and Virgin Atlantic Spas. Lisa frequently travels overseas to represent Philip Kingsley as a Trichologist internationally. For the past 3 years Lisa has been increasingly involved as key trainer for salons at the Philip Kingsley Academy, demonstrating the affect that hair and scalp treatments can have on the health of the hair. Lisa has more recently been invited to present to a number of highly regarded London based hair stylists on the subject of hair health in hairdressing.
